Welcome to Penny Lane Crafts.
My love for art and crafts started at a very young age. I grew up in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia, Canada. After winning an art scholarship, I spent two years studying graphic design, graduating in 1992. After spending some time as a freelance artist doing product illustration for local businesses I got married and we moved into Greater Vancouver where we still reside. I began attending local craft shows selling my creations including handmade mirrors, picture frames and ornaments. This is when I discovered my passion for polymer clay. Now, married with two children I design and create figurines and ornaments exclusively using polymer clay. I have designed a collection of fun and whimsical characters in bright colors that make for unique, personal and inexpensive gifts for family and friends. My creations can be ordered all year long from my website. You will find me during the holiday season at a selection of local craft fairs throughout Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley...on the beautiful south coast of British Columbia.
